Dr. Suzzy Krist Addo (PhD) – Registrar
Dr. Suzzy Krist Addo (PhD) is a government employee with twelve years (12) of experience as an Administrator who recently switched to Procurement for professional development. Dr. Addo has extensive experience in procurement, general administration, research, teaching, and policy advocacy. She has worked with universities, research institutions, and international organisations to design and implement programs that promote sustainable development. Her expertise includes environmental management, climate change adaptation, gender equality, and community-based development initiatives. She has also been involved in capacity-building projects aimed at empowering marginalised communities.
She holds Doctor of Philosophy in Project Procurement Engineering from Universidad Empresarial de Costa Rica (Business University of Costa Rica), Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Coventry University UK, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from University of Cape Coast (UCC) and Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from Accra Technical University (ATU). I also hold a Professional Doctorate and Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management Professionals Ghana. I am a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) USA, Virginia.
As an academic, Dr. Addo has significantly contributed to her field through teaching, research, and mentorship. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and policy papers on sustainability, development, and social justice. Her research often focuses on innovative approaches to solving complex development challenges, emphasising inclusivity and resilience. She is also a sought-after speaker at international conferences and workshops.
