Kingsley Kweku Amae – Director, Ethics & Conduct
Kingsley Kweku Amae is a driven, versatile professional committed to excellence and innovation. With a background, Kingsley has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt, learn, and lead in various capacities. His passion for problem-solving and dedication to personal and professional growth positions him as a rising star.
He is a positive, self-motivated, and collaborative employee of the Commission of TVET as a Test Items Developer who understands the importance of conduct and ethics in my work. My self-disciplined and strong work ethic will ensure that IPMP membership receives a great return on my expertise as Ethics and Conduct Director. He has been a Trade Union Congress representative at Desimone Limited at Kotoka International Airport (KIA). He transitioned to teaching and became a Research officer at the Ghana Education Service Headquarters, Technical and Vocational Education Division. He is passionate about lectureship and is a weekend lecturer at Accra Institute of Technology (AIT).

Mrs. Stella Aku Addo – Deputy Executive Director
Mrs. Stella Aku Addo is a highly accomplished Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist with over 30 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and project management. Her extensive career spans both the public and private sectors, where she has held key leadership roles and made significant contributions to the advancement of procurement and supply chain practices in Ghana and beyond. She is a respected industry leader, mentor, and advocate for professional excellence.
Mrs Addo has worked with several prestigious institutions, including the Ministry of Education, Crown Agents Ghana Ltd, Fidelity Bank, and Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) UK. In these roles, she served as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Manager, Procurement Advisor, Head of Procurement, and Country Manager for CIPS Ghana. Her expertise has driven efficiency, transparency, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Mrs. Addo holds a Diploma in Estate Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and an Executive Master’s in Project Management (EMBA) from the University of Ghana. Her commitment to continuous professional development complements her academic foundation.

Mrs. Stella Aku Addo is married to Dr. Daniel Addo, a Financial Analyst, and they are blessed with two lovely children, Jermaine and Marilyn Addo. She enjoys listening to inspirational videos and materials and engaging in community service in her spare time. Mrs Addo is passionate about advancing the procurement and supply chain profession in Ghana and Africa. She believes in the power of education, mentorship, and collaboration to drive industry growth and sustainability. Dr. Suzzy Krist Addo (PhD) – Registrar
Dr. Suzzy Krist Addo (PhD) is a government employee with twelve years (12) of experience as an Administrator who recently switched to Procurement for professional development. Dr. Addo has extensive experience in procurement, general administration, research, teaching, and policy advocacy. She has worked with universities, research institutions, and international organisations to design and implement programs that promote sustainable development. Her expertise includes environmental management, climate change adaptation, gender equality, and community-based development initiatives. She has also been involved in capacity-building projects aimed at empowering marginalised communities.
She holds Doctor of Philosophy in Project Procurement Engineering from Universidad Empresarial de Costa Rica (Business University of Costa Rica), Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Coventry University UK, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from University of Cape Coast (UCC) and Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from Accra Technical University (ATU). I also hold a Professional Doctorate and Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management Professionals Ghana.
